I notified the seller of this counterfeit, but they did not take down the listing. Note that the motto on this one is messed up - it reads "IN GOP WE TRUST" or possibly "IN GOR WE TRUST".

The reverse motto is messed up as well.
Believe or not these are advertised as PCGS certed coins with images as follows, but one receives this instead...
I have reported the eBay listing.
@burfle23 Thanks very much for the explanation and the better photo!
"IN GOP WE TRUST" and "LUBERT"...Oh, brother!

LOL! That must be the rare "Type 3 Reverse"
"When they can't find anything wrong with you, they create it!"
Miss Liberty looks quite unhappy in those pictures lol. Thanks for the heads up!

Listings are gone now...... Good work... though they are so bad no one should have been fooled. Cheers, RickO
AW MAN! They're gone.
That Buff had the scarce no designer initial obverse.

I have been tracking this guy for several months now. A list of fraudulent sold listings as of last October can be found here:

I have contacted eBay numerous times regarding this seller and they have failed to remove a single listing until this February, perhaps a result of you awesome folks flagging his listings.
I have been in touch with the police department in Green Island, NY regarding this person. I recently purchased a lot of fake Morgans to give me the ability to leave feedback, but eBay actually removed that item. On social media, he lists himself as a "professional gambler". PM me for more details.
Welcome to the Forum. We have found that eBay rarely removes counterfeit listings based on a single report. It appears that the listings are removed only when several reports from different users are received. I do not know the exact threshold number needed for this to happen, but we do regularly succeed in getting counterfeit listings removed as a result of our combined reporting efforts.
