What do we have here on this newest quarter 25c! Doubling on both Obv and Rev besides other features!?

    I don't see whatever it is that you are seeing. Looks like a normal quarter to me.

    Die clash: the two dies hit each other without a planchet in the middle. When noticed, the die is typically relapped to remove the evidence. Sometimes parts of the design transfer remain even after being relapped.
