Welcome, Need to know the date and condition (photos of front and back). If it is yours please do not mess with it, do not attempt to clean it or such. Just leave as is. Value depends on date and condition.

In the meantime...
To avoid damage the coin should only be handled by the edges. Don't touch the front or back.
There is a plastic flip under the coin between my fingers!
