What I'm seeing that's wrong is on the reverse and that's the font used in the "N" in UNITED.
The designers initials again lacking enough detail to say for sure if they're genuine.
The mint mark isn't clear enough to actually tell if its the correct style of font, its location seems to match die set #2.

Counterfeit due to no Shallow N. As previously stated, one missing diagnostic is all you need. Counterfeiters need to provide damage/stain covering that component along with the poor strike and extensive woodgrain effect. Then, we would be unable to make a call.

N is wrong as stated. I think if you straightened out the obverse view in the first photo then the S would really be leaning too far towards the rim

That "N" in UNITED looks like three sticks laid on top of one another.
