Why do you think it would not grade? It looks fine to me

I was seeking thoughts on what it would grade possibly grade, ms 63,64, etc…
It will certainly grade if submitted.... I cannot give an estimate from those pictures, at least not with any degree of confidence. A couple of straight on pictures, obverse and reverse, with good lighting would help. Cheers, RickO
It should grade but would have to be seen in hand. Those tiny gold coins often look very different when viewed with good lighting for grading.

I see it grading the same as based on the photos supplied it looks non problematic.
Looks very nice to me, 65-66ish but hard to tell without seeing it in hand.
Looks like a straight grade 65.
If could easily be the lighting, but the sheen looks off to me. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if the coin has been cleaned.

It’s also in a 2x2 flip. Probably why it has sheen to it
Came back as 64
