If that were true, then I got my connection and started dealing when I was one year old when this coin was minted ...
In June 1963, President Kennedy visited his ancestral homeland, Ireland. At the American Embassy in Dublin, Jack had the honor to receive a medal from President Kennedy.
Upon his death, the medal was passed on to his wife.
The wife contacted me and asked me if I would be interested in purchasing the medal. No question about it and send her payment in full, with the stipulation that a provenance letter was provided.
I found the obituary of Jack. I redacted parts of it for her privacy (wife).
A POTUS numismatic artifact with full-chain of ownership (provenance). The provenance is active and can be carried on to the next owner (if and when I decide to sell it).

@BuffaloIronTail... Actually, no - While in the Navy, my ship mainly stayed in the North Atlantic and as far south as Puerto Rico.... Since then, I have crossed the Equator many times... but missed out on the Honorable Title.
