@fcloud.... My sincere condolences. So glad you have some special keepsakes. I keep the colorized ASE's my Mom gave me years ago. She thought they were beautiful (and they are) and would be valuable - Well, they are super valuable to me. RickO
@fcloud , it’s amazing what you and I have in common. Next Wednesday, it’ll be five years since I suddenly lost my wife (and best friend). We were also very happily married a long time (46 years). When people hear how long we were married (and since I’m relatively young), I kid people, saying we started young - I was 12, and she was 10. Like you, Eileen helped me with my small business. Like you, we enjoyed travel, and were fortunate to have had the opportunity to travel to 79 countries before she passed at age 64. Just like Linda, Eileen would also collect elongated cents, looking for those Penny machines every place we went. I gave that collection to our favorite niece, who cherishes it every day!
I hope you find peace!
Love, Steve
A day without fine wine and working on your coin collection is like a day without sunshine!!!
