Buffalo Nickel with messed up E Pluribus Unum

Hi, I've been doing this for about 4 months, so of course I think I've found a million dollar error coin. Would someone with more experience than me care to confirm that I am a millionaire? Thanks.
Seriously though. It's messed up, and I'd greatly appreciate some input.

@jb812 ... Welcome aboard....It is difficult to properly assess the coin in those pictures. That being said, what I believe you have is a worn and slightly damaged (PMD - Post Mint Damage) coin. Better pictures of the specific area would help to confirm the assessment. Cheers, RickO
What did the grader think when he saw it? He couldn't have thought "worn and damaged" because he gave it a 64. Or could he?
And letters are missing or joined. And the first "u" in "pluribus" looks doubled. And those two things together don't make sense in my vast 4 months of experience.

Caused by fatigued die is my guess.
It does look fairly promising.
1913 Type 1, according to the full coin photos on the NGC site.
that is from the neck clash going smack through the motto.
the corresponding clash on the obv neck is how we get the broken neck varietiy since the mint polished that area heavily being on the obj but not often enough as we can see several letters at the neck on many issues.
the rev can exhibit polishing through the motto but not nearly as often as on the obv.
Yep. That's a die clash.

Just one follow-up:
I'M STILL A MILLIONAIRE, RIGHT?
