Do all CC Morgan dollars come from China?

I thought that “CC” stood for Chinese counterfeit?

    They come from Carson City, Nevada. CC stands for "Carson City".

    Are all CC dollars from China? The answer should be zero IMHO. But the fakes keep on comin'
