Post to world coin forum?

New here so please be patient. I want to post to the world coin forum but there is no "new discussion" tab on the world page only on the US page. Can someone explain how I go about posting on the world page?

@joep .... Welcome aboard. Right above the first post is a block that says 'New Discussion' - I just visited that page and it is there. Cheers, RickO
Give it a few days. You are new and what you can do is initially limited. You should have full access in 2 or 3 days. Be patient
