We have close and long-standing family friends in Montana. I haven't been everywhere in the US but I reckon Montana would be hard to beat - similar in many ways to the South Island of New Zealand!
The QE2 crown was just an opportunity I couldn't pass up at the time. It will have more meaning next year when a fuss is made over the 70-year anniversary of her reign.
My college experience included nothing akin to that. But I live right alongside some sorority houses here at Oregon State University, and the scenery is beautiful once the weather starts getting warm in the Spring.
