Don't know much about grading these. Full Liberty shows on the headband. Im guessing high XF to low AU on this.

The 1903 is actually an underrated "P' mint Barber dime. Low PCGS population.

@Steven59 I was down in the basement today and found a Mason jar with random stuff in it from many many year's ago. There was a SLQ with no date, 9 or 10 IHC in pretty worn condition, some Wheaties and some foreign coins including an Unc 1944 S Philippines 1 centavo along with this dime.
