Anybody get Trueview with any curved coins (Apollo 11, BB HoF, Basketball...)?

Hi,
I'm not really brand new here but I dont post a lot. Nor new to collecting, been a PCGS member for over 2 years now - getting a great deal of my proof coins graded.
I was just wondering about others' experience with Trueview and any of the curved coins, relative to getting non-curved coins graded?
I've noticed with pretty much any order I sent in, the Apollo 11 curved coins have not had their Trueview pix delivered at the same time as other coins. When they do show up in my set / inventory, they're missing the PCGS Trueview surround (that doesnt really matter to me, just noting it). I may even have scalped some coin info pix of the same grade, I dont recall.
I also noticed this recently with my Basketball HoF colorized coins. Whats odd is I think my Baseball HoF coins didnt experience this.
I wonder if it is due to any difficulty getting the hi-res pix of the curved coins to come out perfect - to their standards?
Once the order is back in my hands, its too late to have these pix taken.
Any other PCGSers out there that have had these coins graded with Trueview run across this anomaly?
Thanks.

I bought this coin already slabbed with a TV, but it seems PCGS has no generic issues generating a standard TV for convex coins.
Oooh nice! My 2 gold Apollo 11s came back 70s - me so happy.
I'm aware of the backup lately, so that may be contributing to TV pix delays. (I'm surprised I got any back at all in a reasonable time after I got the orders.) But for me, I've seen non-curved show up, while the curved have not ... or take a MUCH longer time. I just thought that was odd.
I may just have bad luck with the curved coins - from time to time?
Why not just make a direct inquiry with customer service, or message the TruView guy here, he is a member. Cheers, RickO
Good ideas. Thanks.
I also figured I'd see, a couple years after my initial encounter, if there was any other anecdotal info out there, or if its just been my bad luck.
I went the Customer Service route originally and I got some contradictory 3rd-hand info ... and that was back when there wasnt quite the same delay, and I did wait to request about it, ... so figured I'd also check it out here.
I didnt know about the TruView member, I'll check into that.
They are extremely hard to photograph
Well, a little poking around and I found this response (and relevant question 1 post prior) in a TV related thread - not too long ago. There seem to be exceptions, but it looks like they only provide stock pix in some cases.
I'm hoping at least my Gold Apollo 11s may just be delayed. The smaller coins may be easier to shoot, dunno.
I plugged in the truview base url and add the cert # and they dont show up yet.
It could be that the one above (38826946) was graded / shot before they abandoned any attempt??
