I agree it's a G-4 and you can see cleaning lines on the face, a bend or ding at 11 o clock on the reverse along with a flattened area on the wreath from 4-5 o clock.
Rims appear to be full on both sides, the head has some roundness to it, ear hole is showing, very slight amount of detail showing on the head wreath... I think it has G06 details but appears to have an old cleaning. Not enough detail to go to VG8 level IMHO.

Solid G, IMHO. Not enough meat for VG. Might have old cleaning though.
I would call it G04 but I would not be surprised to see it in a dealer case with a VG grade. Tougher to grade from pics that are angled as yours are.

Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
G04.
G04, and probably cleaned.

G04 - could make G06 ( details: cleaned )
"When they can't find anything wrong with you, they create it!"
Coins don't get graded "for their age".
My rating opine on the 1913 dime is about $2.10, or whatever times face “junk” silver is selling for right now.
thank you
Looking at the Rev pictures with the dent @ 11:00 I think it's damaged and has slightly bent the coin.
Based on those pictures... G... and even better pictures... Still a G.... Cheers, RickO
