I wonder how often major online bullion dealers end up with desirable numismatics?

I won't mention the name (as I don't want to violate any rules), but I wonder how a major online bullion dealer ended up with these to sell? Taking that question a step further, I wonder if they pay a fair price for numismatics?
For what it's worth, I usually skip over bullion dealer listings because they specifically say: "Photos in this listing may or may not be stock photos. The photos are meant to be an indication of the product you will receive." Plus, my recollection from past inquiries has been that they don't know whether a given listing is the actual coin or not, so to be safe I should assume they are using stock photos. That was always enough for me to move on to other more certain offerings.

I know of one that every now and then he gets some really nice coins but he will always say it’s all bullion to him. But after he buys it though I will need to pay up for it if it’s a nicer coin. Not saying they all do this but it happens.
Hoard the keys.
I have often wondered if the bullion dealers employ someone to search the bulk buys. Cheers, RickO
In the past 10 years I was able to buy two collector ingot from bullion seller but paid a lot higher than bullion price. It is not often to get those.
some of the large ones are dealing in multiple thousands of ounces in physical silver a day. I can't imagine they have time to search through a bag of mercs.
