Intercepted them from a woman at the coinstar for $3. Guess I'm gonna search em for ? Any other ideas from my roll hunter amigos? Peace Roy

@Type2 thanks for that, any idea why someone would send in these rolls to be graded and slabbed? Or were these bags of loose that ANACS packaged as part of a special deal? Roy

They may have been something that was done for one of the big TV dealers or Littleton.
I have no idea. I can only think they didn’t want to get each one graded or was hoping they rec a MS 69/70 if they where not just have them put in a graded tube with MS65 so at least they can recoup some of there grading fees. This is my guess. I almost did the same back then there was a lot of talk of changing the alloy in some of the coins but I think that is when a MS70 cent sold for big dollars like $20k then every one was trying but that’s Just my guess.
