I see a Proof.
(The seller calls it a Proof.)
NGC states it is Mint State.
(I think that is why the bid was higher than normal.)
Perhaps I am missing something?

That went for good money. I should look through mine.
I'd figure the high bids were a combination of those people that like collecting mechanical errors and people not looking at the coin/description thinking they would be getting a good deal on a mint state 68 star.

Certainly appears to be a proof. I think the 'MS' is a mechanical error as stated above. Cheers, RickO
