Based on the information you have provided, The offer from @ifthevamzarockin sounds more than fair.
If you have a coin to sell, this is not the place to sell it. You can try posting to the Buy, Sell, & Trade - U.S. Coins board -- but I'm confident that you will not receive better offers unless you include a lot more information, including pictures.

I would like to sell a 2017 car. Would you buy it knowing that level of detail?
There are 4 varieties of 1982-D cents. Denver minted over 6 Billion of 3 varieties. There are only 2 known examples of the 4th variety. The important detail is which variety do you have. If you don't know, you should do some research before offering it for sale
@Bobocoinsltd.... Welcome aboard. You will need to offer the coin on the Buy, Sell, Trade (BST) forum, plus it will need pictures and detailed comment. Cheers, RickO
Surely, you know the best way to make the most $$ is to have it authenticated and auctioned. This will get a lot of PR in the numismatic press. I have no idea why you are trying to unload it like this unless....no pics, pushy, hurry to sell.....it doesn't take a rocket scientist to put the pieces together

If your goal for the day was to brighten peoples day with humor you have done a great job!

If your goal of the day was to sell your penny you need to go back to the drawing board.

You really need to post a picture of it.
It sounds like a coin that needs to be slabbed and stickered to be worth the asking price!
