There are 4 varieties of 1982-D cents. Denver minted over 6 Billion of 3 varieties. There are only 2 known examples of the 4th variety. The important detail is which variety do you have. If you don't know, you should do some research before offering it for sale

The log of that mintage isn’t even 10. That’s only a handful more than the rarest of rarities!
Surely, you know the best way to make the most $$ is to have it authenticated and auctioned. This will get a lot of PR in the numismatic press. I have no idea why you are trying to unload it like this unless....no pics, pushy, hurry to sell.....it doesn't take a rocket scientist to put the pieces together
