An interesting overstruck Peace Dollar for The Wisconsin Nicolet Coin Club

1965 Overstruck Peace Silver Dollar Numismatists of Wisconsin Medal Coin Club
.
Supposed to be overstruck on a 1923-S Peace Dollar so, have pics below of the medal itself and then
I have individual pics showing the obverse only compared with a real 1923-S Peace overlay.
And, the reverse only compared with a real 1923-S reverse overlay.
I hope I don’t confuse everyone but here goes.
.
According to what I could find on the internet a total of 8 (1) per officers/ member was struck.
I really like this one as both sides have such cool depictions. The only other o/s is worthy’s Morgan and that one is much easier
to see…….see last image….

And below are the comparisons showing an a relay to aid in seeing what happened.

Awesome piece Stef! I saw that and I'm glad it found a good home!
Is there any information on The Wisconsin Nicolet Coin Club, or who designed and struck this?
The only reference I could find is here:

Silver dollars were overstruck for several of the NOW (Numismatists Of Wisconsin) shows held around the state during the late 1960's and (IIRC) into the early 1970's. The host club commissioned their own obverse die each year and used the stock NOW reverse die. They were not shy about altering silver dollars.. NOW should have records from the era about some of the overstrikes. The yearly medals themselves were issued in multi-metal sets (4 piece?) for each show.
