I have never found a "W" quarter in circulation. Those will make good album coins.

  • Thank you Vamzar lol and 291. I work with money daily and I'm constantly searching

Never found one and know the are worth a lot more than a quarter

How much are they worth in that condition?

  • It varies, your V75's run hire. I could be very wrong but I've heard close to 100. No V75 are like 35 40 45. From what I've seen. But as much as I love to collect. I also don't want to sell, so I'm not too updated.

Current Ebay sold listings show about $10-$20 for 2019 and 2020 W quarters.

From ebay, this is what I have seen most circulated examples sell for.

Very good, yes before we could pic the pic and they would post just how we picked them now you need to pick a pic and then start all over then pic the next one or it will mix them all up it sucks. Welcome on to the board looks like you know what you are doing.

    Hoard the keys.

  • Depends on where you go. And I'm certainly not trusting ebay.

  • Thank you Type2

Those listings have not sold. Values are determined by how much a person will pay for it which is why we look on ebay. It shows listings that actually have sold. There is a difference between asking and selling price.

The place you posted is asking high HIGH retail for BU and slabbed coins, you have coins that will grade in the AU range as they are not uncirculated. You cannot imply values from coins that are higher grades than what you have. You can continue to think your coins are worth what you think but the reality is they are not to anyone that knows how to grade a coin.

  • I never once said they are worth x amount. I used that as an example. I do not plan to sell like my previous comment said. Don't get defensive because I pulled random numbers like you. I didn't attack you. Calm down chief.

I'm not upset nor am I attacking you, simply educating you on what the true market value is for these coins. You can find lots of random asking prices on the internet but the real market value is what they will sell for in a the open market. And you cannot equate the value of coins that have different grade levels as you are showing with your examples, your comparison is apples to oranges chief.

Never found even one in the wild ever and hence bought them (Early finds and First week of discovery labels ) off the bay.

    2019 W Lowell National Park MS-65 for 16$
2019-W GUAM War in Pacific MS-65 for 18$
    2019 W San Antonio Missions MS-65 for 19$
2019 W Frank Church River of No Return MS-65 for 45$
    2019 W American Memorial MS-65 for 100$

    2020 W Salt River Bay MS-66 for 42$
    2020 W Marsh Billings Rockefeller MS-65 for 41$
    2020 W American Samoa MS-65 for 29$
    2020-W Tallgrass Quarter MS-63 for 26$
    2020 W Weir Farm MS-65 for 21$

I probably could have got some of them at higher grades for cheaper if I had patiently waited, but just wanted to try a hand at filling up the registry and be amongst the first ten in 2020 ;)

I am in the “never found in the wild” club. Do have em slabbed. First week and early. I remember paying $8 for an AU example late 2019 ,just to have one. Congratulations and welcome 🐈

  • @vulcanize thank you for that incite. I knew my pricing weren't correct and I wasn't implying ANYTHING about circulated prices. I simply do not trust eBay that is known for scamming. @Jzyskowski1. Thank, I scream every time I find one lol. I have 6, found a 7th but gave it to my boss lol

Whether you trust eBay or not, it really doesn't matter. Sold prices are a good representation of the market. How are these $10 dollar sales a scam? Maybe if you find an outlier for $50 or $100, that could be a scam, but when you see multiple sales of coins in similar condition, selling for similar prices, that's the market.

Always neat to find, but I think most have little interest in these below uncirculated. There are many that were pulled from new rolls and most will seek those or graded examples. There is a member with 'W' in his name - maybe he will comment, he would know the actual interest and sale values pretty well.

  • Holy shit. I know how economics work. This is being blown outta perspective. I've stated twice now, I don't know prices fully. I stated I don't intend on selling. I was simply stating I don't trust em because of scams. People buy off there and get rocks in their packages. I personally go through my local coin shop. A gentleman and wife that have been dealing for 40 plus years.

@RottenBeard.... WOW! That is outstanding.... I have been searching change for three years now, looking for W quarters.... Have not found a single one in the wild. Maybe I should take a job as a cashier for a while... :D;) Cheers, RickO

Ricko, I was thinking about working at the local laundromat a couple days a week . Can you imagine “sir, I’m going to need to inspect those quarters before you put them in the machine! Been a lot of jamming lately, seems to only be caused by the one’s with a W on them. “
