Peace dollar experts what would you grade this 1935s?

I think it might be ms60.
What do you think?

Thank you in advance.

Looks like a cleaned/hairlined AU to me.

It looks the same to me.

From your pictures it sure does indeed looked cleaned/hairlines as others have stated - gotta go AU details cleaned

58 lightly wiped, cool 4 ray rev which was the only year that rev hub was used and accounts for about 1/2 of the 35s population

Peace dollars are extremely prone to hairlines - and normally you can not see them in a photo but even this photo you can see a big one on the neck and if you look at several different angles with horizontal light source you can see these hairlines... I bet there are tons on this coin, and as such this will be a “no grade, details, cleaned”, this is very common and Unfortunately that is the case with almost all raw peace dollars these days. Most have gone through the hands of experts by now and if they are decent they will get graded, if they have hairlines they stay in market as raw coins being continuously bought and sold - like a hot potato.
Buying raw peace dollars is very tricky as most at this point have hairlines and will not straight grade. Maybe one in five have not been cleaned. Back in the 50s and 60s these coins became really popular but people did not know the damage caused by cleaning these coins - so almost all that are left floating around raw are these cleaned coins... The best exception is bank rolls from the 30s and 40s but these are so rare these days - and almost always have only 1922 - 1924 dates which are super common and millions were made.
    So - that’s a free lesson for today - I’m seeking a 34S at a decent price and it’s not easy

As a further comment to help the OP, I once submitted twelve raw peace dollars (dates 1922 to 1935 random) that I purchased over the years as raw coins from various dealers. They all had cartwheel luster and all looked uncirculated with minor bag marks as possible - took years to acquire it. One day decided to send them in expecting MS 63 to 65 range of grades and out of twelve I got 2 MS62s, one 63 and one 64 and all the rest were details cleaned, including a few AU details cleaned!!! I was humbled to say the least but since that time I have gotten better at seeing these hairlines and realizing how many of these “GEM BU+++” are actually MS details cleaned....

In reality for trying to grade your coin - the pictures are pretty crappy to put an exact grade. They just look "shiny" from being cleaned...

Tough to gauge luster from the images, but I also think AU details, cleaned.

Based on pictures that have glare and not great focus... I would say AU... and likely details due to cleaning. Cheers, RickO
