Even if you ignore that there are less than 10 known to exist, the size of the stars is wrong, the details are mushy, and the reverse lettering is off.
The "planchet adjustment" marks look fake to me.

it doesn't look like gold to me.
On a genuine 1829 BD-1 $5, S13 points between two dentils, and feathers are too close to eagle's eye, shield is wrong. BD-2 is not even close.

Well, there's the obvious issues with the stars and the date (especially the 2), but I strongly suspect that COPY was scratched off on the reverse.
