Sorry DD, everybody likes you here, a lot including me. However I gotta go with Perkdog on this one. You've made your points. Many valid points indeed, and I so much as acknowledged that.
That being said, the new mods have been pretty good to us, allowing us to talk and debate sports and other related topics without interference. They've treated us like adults instead of children. Which is great. I believe that benefits the forum and CU.
I for one would prefer to have it stay that way. So I suggest that we all voluntarily lock this thread, agree to disagree, and leave it at that. 😊
Not sure how true but I have heard that they have taken polls and the Native Americans say they favor in keeping the names much much more than against. If that is true then I think it would not be fair to change just because some want it.
You can not make all of the people happy all of the time.
