Washington Crossing Delaware quarters in bank rolls

A number of sellers on ebay are selling the Washington Crossing the Delaware quarters in rolls marked $10 with 40 coins per roll. They appear to be in bank rolls. The sellers are charging a lot more than $10 for the 40 coins. I checked with the banks in my area and none of them had these coins in the $10 rolls. A couple of the banks said that if they had any quarter rolls they would be of mixed dates.
Does anyone know where the ebay sellers are getting their rolls?

Through connections they developed over the years.
Maybe go to the source, such as Brinks
for the retail customers, fresh boxes are a special request to the bank who makes a special request to the coin supplier.
you need to be close to the bank to even try.
It's all a crap shoot! Only by getting lucky enough to find the RIGHT bank at the RIGHT time! Believe me, I know. Visited many banks. Besides, I'm always hoping I don't find any new quarter rolls. Only maybe if they're the Philadelphia ones. Those are the real winners. Good Luck!

When I use to roll search new UNC rolls of all the same MM / Date, I found it worth it to pay 2x ,3x face for the 50 roll boxes of coins from the Ebay sellers.
There are lots of sales around $18/roll or so. eBay fees are nearly $2 and shipping is about $4/$5. Not seeing much of an upside here.
I got 2 solid boxes earlier this year, I turned them back in for a different box to look for W's.
Depends on what's "in" the rolls.
I got a full box a couple months ago but shot them right back to the bank.
I have found one 'Washington crossing the Delaware' quarter in circulation.... so far.... no die chips or clashes though. Kept it separate since I like the design. Cheers, RickO

I'll try again-- does anyone know where the ebay sellers are getting their rolls of Washington Crossing the Delaware quarters?
Took a look through eBay search. The only red flag 🚩 I noticed was some sellers advertising mint wrapped rolls and there’s no such thing. The “Crossing “ is a one off and among one of the “off” things was no bags, or rolls or mint issued 2 or 3 - roll offerings. One seller has rolls of die chips for sale.

Here’s pictures of what a mint wrapped roll will look like or similar. It will look official 😉

@ricko I seem to get these Crossing the Delaware quarters daily in my change. They look really nice until you look at them closer. Lots of little marks on them.

Ahem...did you read any of the replies above?
They are getting them from the bank.
They either have connections at their bank, or they just ask for a box of quarters and get lucky.
You can start by just asking your bank for a roll of quarters. They'll either be new ones or not. My own advice is don't be a pain for them - take them either way.
In any case, repeat as necessary at other branches of your bank.
mlittle. Search eBay. There’s a fairly good example of bank boxes, rolls from Big companies. It’s interesting and educational. Enjoy. Also as a grandpa I google some silly questions and get quality answers. It’s awesome 😉

I'm selling them on ebay for very little profit. Got boxes of them and the Tuskagee Airmen while searching for boxes of new 2019 & 2020 W quarters. After fees, shipping and income taxes, not profitable; simply getting them into the hands of collectors.
