Error coin?

Could this be missing the out coating, it looks and feels aluminum but it weighs 2.5g but it's also a little larger thana normal small cent sorta oblong. Any ideas what I should do with it?

    Heavily corroded copper plated Zinc (not aluminum) coin

    Yeah, I was thinking somebody chemically removed the copper.
