I can get on board with the 1916 maybe as there were little differences during the first year although I doubt you could see them but how the hell is this FB??

This seller is a B & M coin shop in Las Vegas. I saw this coin in person a couple months ago. The label is obviously wrong. I even said to the guy at the counter "1916?" and I got a shrug in response.
Must be a fake label.... Cert check disagrees with picture. Cheers, RickO
The consensus was mechanical error last time this was discussed. It’s quite an unusual one but that’s the best guess we have.
