The United States Mint is Raising prices for the commemorative gold proof 3 coin set....
At the $1,750.00 to $1,799.99 grid price, the price goes from $727.25 to $775.00 or a price Increase of $47.75 or a 6.57% Increase at this specific grid level...

I wonder how high they can price what ends up re-selling later for bullion value (most of them, anyway)? The premium over melt has been too high for my tastes and seeing even higher certainly won't entice me to buy anything.
I'm ALL in favor of Raising the Mint pricing for Gold. I wish the Mint would Raise the pricing for Bullion to the AP's also...

I will likely cancel my AI Dollar 100-coin bag subscription this year if the prices go up again. While I like getting the full bag and cherrypicking the single best example for my album, at some point it's not worth it.
Nothing is as expensive as free money.
Stay focused and just buy the good stuff not every thing they have is worth buying.
Hoard the keys.
The only coins I am interested in this year are the Morgan and Peace dollars, just hope at least one each would be available from the Mint for each person interested in them.

With the circulation-strike "S" quarters available only in the 3-roll set, I wouldn't be surprised to see mintages fall to less than 500,000 each.

Well. The friggin mint really has a way of messing things up. “ oh , look, an opportunity for the collectors, better not let that happen”.
I really really get upset with their spitting in my face. Idiots. Just had to up the mintage on the uncirculated S quarters. Just like stopping the W nickel program mid stream.

More rolls to go around. The demand for these were high so this is not surprising. I wonder how this will affect the overall value. 2022 will hold the key mintages. Last year the average was about 7600 rolls, this is less than double that.
