Waiting for cards.

Good morning. I know wait times are long, but something occurred to me. Hypothetically, if there is only one single card in the system(mine),and I submitted in the Regular tier, and someone submits one card in the Express tier, their card gets put into the system AHEAD of mine, correct? So that if every Express submission gets put into the system AHEAD of mine, theoretically, my card would never get graded, being held so that the Express submissions could get graded. Farfetched? Maybe. Possible? Having had my cards received on Mar. 2, and having them still in grading, definitely possible. Would love to know how many people sent in submissions when they started accepting subs, and how many sent Express.

You have a Regular level order that was received Mar 2 and it is still in grading? You should call and ask what the heck is going on. My last Regular level order was received Mar 5, entered Apr 19 and then completed and shipped out on June 25. Something is wrong with your order if its Regular. If you meant Value then being in grading still is within reason.

I'm assuming they have different teams of graders for Express vs Value, that is why we are seeing both pop at the same times. They should always in theory have someone working on each submission level in the queue.

I would say more like end of July/early August.

I have a Regular and two Express there - both are tracking on time.

I don't grade anymore. Whatever happened to the good ol' days of $5 specials and two months was a LONG time to wait.

Update; Received 3/2/2021; moved to Assembly; 6/22/2022!. And yes, was Value tier. Only have QA1 and QA2 ,AND shipping to go. Xmas, maybe? Still, progress.

Disappointed, but I learned I,m not as good a grader as I could be, and I am convinced that sitting in the holders for over a year did the cards no good, but what can you do?
