2013 Jefferson nickel Denver Mint that I can't find anywhere else I can't find another example of it online I can't find a value or an estimated value online any worse where should I go from there?

Photos of both side are needed to help you the best we can.
Nickels are not clad to begin with so you don't have a cladding error.
Good chance it has been plated or some type of environmental damage.
