Is there a way to confirm if this is a legitimate product? I entered the number into the PSA search bar and nothing was returned.

Welcome. For some reason this happens now and again. Just scroll on down the list and pick your forum. You are far from the first 😉

New members seem to be consistently getting sent to the coin forum by default. It's a bug. You want the trading cards forum.

Aside from that, does PSA have an email or phone # for customer service? You might be better off going straight to the source (although I'd be curious about the answer).

Is there anything specific that you are doubting about the slab, card, or signatures? I know that with coin slabs people occassionally have issues with pulling up the serial number.
