Not open for debate. Simply pointing out two facts that could be relevant to the discussion at hand.
Lighting (and camera) angle makes a lot of difference in a coin photo.
The human eye and the camera often see two different things as explained in my fluorescent lighting example.
And the reason I brought up these two points is that the OP asked for PL opinion based on photographs. He is the only one who as seen them together, in hand, and if he feels "PL" strongly enough he should send them in. I hope he gets the PL from our host but you can rest assured it won't be from viewing photographs.
Repetition of ignorance is ignorance raised to the power two.

Like you are trying to explain angles make a lot of difference.
Lighting angle (and placement) makes a lot of difference in how a coin appears in a photograph. Eyes and brain adjust and compensate. Photos don't. Ever noticed the green tint in a pic taken under fluorescent lighting? That's because they give off a green tint but your eye and brain adjusts for the green yet the camera does not.
Except that's a red herring here
It'll be a red herring if the OP gets his PL designation.

Well, they are already slabbed without it, so I tend to agree.
Actually, based on the OPs description and the satin finish, I think this is more likely similar to the "light finish" Kennedy halves of 2019. You might want to resurrect that thread for reference.
Well now. That’s interesting. The photographers will be here soon. Thanks for hanging in there while we opine on your coin. We’re mostly all friends here, but we can get passionate! 😉
