It’s a Ron Landis Gallery Mint piece. There are a few collectors here.

Not sure if you would call this an error but when Ron Landis was setting up the press and checking the amount need to strike the restrike of the FSNC they used this pewter blank with the 1796 die……..well, it was to much as you can see
So, in a way it was an error but, in press adjustment.
