1952 Wheat Penny Error Help

I have a 1952 Wheat penny with a chunk of another coin on it. Anyone have much information on something like this?

    damaged/corroded surfaces.
    (could be some solder on it too)

    Unfortunately as others have stated, yes, just PMD but good eye for noticing.
