Trueview Question

I was under the impression that Gold Shield grading came with Trueview photography by default. Is this not so?

I believe it has for a year or two, but when it was Gold Shield grading was first introduced I think TrueViews were a charged add-on.

    From PCGS Grading Site:

"For PCGS Gold Shield™ , add $5 per coin in addition to the grading fee. Regular Level and higher includes Gold Shield and TrueView™ at no additional cost. NFC anti-counterfeiting technology is now included in all services levels."

With this Gold Shield, I am told it supposedly was incorrectly holdered Gold Shield. Looking at the True View, #35617836, you will not see the digital image because it says "Holder Type: Standard" but the capsule holder is GS:
