Info on my 1836 "Gobrecht $" requested!

ANACS certified this one as a J-60 "restrike" and I am not clear on what is meant by their description...
Appreciate any clarifications!

From a Heritage auction description:
On (restrikes), the eagle flies level after a medallic turn, unlike the Judd-60 Originals, where the eagle flies upward. This coin technically should be classed a restrike as it was struck in March 1837, although it is dated 1836. Another way of referring to it is as a "second original" (with the "first originals" struck in December 1836, but these are found in Die Alignment I). Since all the Gobrecht dollars that were struck in 1837 (600 pieces) were deposited with the Bank of the United States for public distribution, most of the Judd-60 Restrikes (or "Second Originals") are found today in circulated condition with very few known in high grades.

Amazing amount of info on the 1836 Gobrecht Dollar, die states, and competing theories on the restrikes:

Great info- thanks. Some additional on my example: https://uspatterns.stores.yahoo.net/cij6co.html
Yeah, I barely recalled there was a fake 1836.
It was a very cool discovery.
Was this thread a test to see if we recalled it?
Your 2018 thread on it:

No, I was curious why ANACS called it a "restrike".
To distinguish it from the original strikes.
To provide more history, the Mint director c. 1859-1860 authorized restrikes of the Gobrecht design and retroactively dated the coins which were sold for a premium. All restrikes, when tilted on their axis, show the reverse eagle flying level rather than upward as is seen on the originals.
This one is confusing to me; certed as an "Original" its alignment is horizontal like mine in the holder, but the on-line cert image shows the eagle flying upward...
