1994 D Washington machine or DD ?

Found this quarter in a coin star haul of $7.77 of mostly quarters. Also a 1979 with a filled in D and another with no mint mark. Is this machine doubling as I’m guessing cause that’s what I usually find

Machine doubling
Is there a known doubled die for that year/mm? If there is, does yours match exactly? If there isn't, why look for DDs on it?
Is the doubling "flat and shelf-like"?
As for the coin with no mint mark, all Philadelphia minted coins lacked one through 1979.
