Question about UNC. 90% Kennedys

I'm planning to bring a few rolls of 90% 1964 Kennedy halves that I am selling for a relative to a coin show on Saturday. They appear to be uncirculated coins that the owner placed into plastic tubes years ago. What is a fair price to ask or expect for them?
Thanks.

the same as if they were circs.

Said another way, currently about $9-$10 per coin.

I think you would be lucky to get $10 each.
agree, today's melt is $9.0062 each

I did write “$9-$10”, not just “$10”😉. While I agree with you, some collectors will pay more for unc. examples, and if the coins are nice quality, perhaps a dealer would, too.

Yes, I was refining your estimate.
And sure, if a dealer knows he can sell nice UNC '64 Kennedys at $230-$240 a roll, the dealer might pay $200.
I wouldn't take less than $9.75. I don't know anyone paying under 19x. Current wholesale is 21×face
I'm more familiar with buying and selling at a LCS, and somewhat familiar with buying at a small coin show...
if you take your coins to a coin show, try to sell to dealers, is that what you are talking about?
Thanks,
am
Pricing is always based on supply and demand as well as what buyers are WILLING TO PAY in a given market/venue/location so I always perform a quick "due diligence" excercise and price my items accordingly. I have even found that markets are different per state and per country.
Yes. Thanks
Wholesale bid is $20.68 for 90% halves, per $1 face value, as of this post.
A good dealer who moves a lot of silver will pay 20x face value, or $10 ea.

You are essentially selling bullion coins. Shop around at the show for the highest offer.
I think condition might play into price. I got a bunch of 64’s but they are ugly. I would think maybe extra for better examples but there is a train load of them. I would pay extra for clean coins especially if the cheeks and fields were pretty clean. 🤠

I’m hoping someone says they are a dime a dozen
I did mention a train load but I stand corrected they made a bunch of these. 🙏

19-20x as a few others have said.
Walk around the entire bourse with a sign saying '90% Silver halves for sale', and let the bidding begin...
