I have a 1995 d cent DDO that isn't listed how do i find out if variety exits?

I believe that is called MD (machine doubling?) and not a doubled die. I very well could be wrong , so stick around for further input.
This is definitely machine doubling. There is a 1995-d doubled die obverse, however, that is nearly as strong as the one from Philly.
But, unfortunately, you do not have it. That one is rare.
