Show Report Coin and Collectibles Fair Mt Kisco NY

Just a quick little wrap up with some behind the Scenes pics
First up… dealers room 7am hmmm gotta have some donuts

So no exception here…. Smooth set up for the dealers perhaps we could have used more carts as it seems the hotel guests hid them but we got all the dealers into the main room and set up in time for the 9am public opening….
crowds were good not overwhelming but steady during the entire day
Big thanks to some of the National dealers who support the show year after year… Tom from Northeast Numismatics who came down from Ma and the staff at Stacks shown here answering questions at their table
One of the highlights for me was the YN program led by Jack Mattes from the Flushing Coin Club. Here is a pic of a bunch of new collectors

We had a great Civil War exhibit courtesy of the ANA and a great exhibit from both the Barber and Liberty Coin Clubs other coin clubs that attended were the WCCC Westchester County Coin Club which displayed there Club medals created since 1938 and sold raffle tickets for a AGE.
Some really cool coins were on the bourse as several dealers set up for the first time since 2020 so we saw some fresh material and a big assortment ranging from bags of truly unsearched wheat cents (we know they were not searched when you find large cents in the bags) to type coins. Bullion and some cool items like a $5 bill from Danbury Bank serial number 000001
All in all a successful day no problems even with a great security staff watching carefully

Well that’s about all and we get to hit the road again on Wednesday as we head to the much anticipated Baltimore show

    @ScarsdaleCoin ~ Jon thanks for letting me fondle that doily 11-D and look at it next to mine. I need to arrive earlier to the next show as we were off to a very late start today. Always enjoy the show and your case. Thanks for doing what you do .

    I didnt know about the show. May have gone. Live only like 40 minutes away. Nice to see peoples faces for a change
