Merc dime DDO or no?

I picked up a 1939 10c today in a “green” NGC holder. I get it home to inspect it and it looks similar to the picture in the cherry pickers guide. As noted in the CPG this is a subtle DDO and I’m pretty blind. Are there any other diagnostics I can look for to attribute the variety? This picture was the best I could take.

This is what I look for(photo from CoinFacts) and your photo doesn't show it, at least in this position. Perhaps their is another DDO that I'm not aware of. This one is the FS-101. Sorry for the blurry copy but I wanted to insure the notched areas show up well.
