If the 1931 1D proves elusive over time, I have one here. It is in my Barnyard type set, but I could easily replace that with a higher grade, common date coin. That set is low priority for me at this time. It is an MS64RB. To date, PCGS has not graded a RD example for that date.

My thoughts are that with patience, you could probably find a better coin. Might have to be NGC graded, but that fits your parameters.
