I went to the central states numismatic society show this weekend in Springfield, IL.
I picked up a nice 1950 proof set, a 1938 proof quarter, two 1938 proof nickels, a toned 1922 Peace and a nice 72-S Ike.

I should also mention, I arrived around 10:30 and it was pretty crowded, sometimes difficult to walk through. After about lunchtime it cleared out a little and was more like I remember it being.

Went to the show at Cinema Plex.
Great viewing but saw everything in about 90 minutes.
Did pick up some great Popcorn and licorice
Went to the Portland OR show twice.
Saturday I went solo and traded some stuff for an 1881CC in MS 65 and an 85 CC in MS64 with a green bean.
Sunday, I took my kid who had a BLAST. He had ONE goal - get a slab that fits in his PCGS slab box. He only brought $20.
He did well.
