How to grade cards PSA does not recognize?

Have the cards below from a "Basketball '94" magazine. Forwarded pictures of cards and magazine to PSA to see if they could create a listing/spec for these since I could not find them in their database. They said they could not because they were not identified on any checklist they could find. I found that puzzling. Obviously, there are some obscure issues that are still out there. Shouldn't PSA, as the perceived grading leader, establish a listing for these since they have the evidence they exist? if not, what other grading company would take these. Thanks for the info if you can help.

How bad do you want it? 😉
I have been fortunate to have had a few specs created and it’s not necessarily easy but it’s not too tough, either. If you want them graded by PSA, research them a little bit and find a checklist or two online. There’s a specific tool on their website you can use now to submit the completed research directly.
But if you are willing to do a little work it might go a long way.

I have been back and forth and neither them or I can find a checklist or listing of these cards. It doesn't help that there are no numbers or issuer noted on the backs. Any advice on obscure sites that could have checklists of oddball issues? I have also the Basketball '93 magazine with the cards that have a date and issuer and PSA still wont create a spec for them! See Pics below.
Can you provide more detail about the specific tool and where it is located? Thanks

Have you checked with the magazine company?

If those were made by Krause Publications, see if you can find them listed in a Krause sports card price guide. I just had an old postcard graded that didn't have a spec and they wanted me to find it in a reference book, that was one mentioned. If anybody is going to mention that card it's going to be the place that made it.
Good tips everybody! Keep them coming and thank you for helping.
OP,Take a look through the sets listed here http://www.geocities.ws/copfert/Checklists/indextemp.htm
Someone took the time to put together checklists for a ton of oddball basketball sets.
