Last Hole Filled-GTG (Grade Revealed)

This 1959-D completes my Franklin Half Collection. I wish I could say the rest of the coins are as nice but I can’t. What’s your guess on the grade?
The longer I live the more convincing proofs I see of this truth, that God governs in the affairs of men. And if a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without His notice is it possible for an empire to rise without His aid? Benjamin Franklin

65 - thanks for the giveaway of this coin, need my address?
The coin was graded by NGC MS-65FBL
That said I would say with the coin in hand the FBL is suspect. I'd also say based on number of marks and dings I could not argue with those that graded it a 64. None of them are a major distraction so I think 63 and 62 would be too harsh.
On the plus side the coin is lustrous, the toning is attractive and call me crazy but there is something about die polish lines I find appealing.
Late to the game, but I would agree with the 65... and also question the FBL..... Cheers, RickO
