63 PCI green holder. Held back from a higher grade by the weakness in strike of "LIBERTY" and "QUARTER DOLLAR".

The series can be as easy or as challenging as you like or as your funds allow.
MS63, lots of coins in this series seem to look better at first glance and then after you look it over you see why it was given the grade. Guessing it is in an older black/gold reverse label ANACS holders.
