1949-D Wash Q stray feather eagles head

While checking a few rolls of quarters, I saw some obv md on GWs ponytail, flipped it over and saw what looks like a ridb next to the eagles head that looks like an errant feather. Not in CPG or noted in cuds on coins. Wanted to share it for comments. Peace Roy

Interesting... does look like machine doubling... but the anomaly by the Eagles head seems to be a large die chip. JMO... Cheers, RickO
