Beckham Jr told to stay home during today's Browns practice!

I guess has something to do with OBJ's Father making a video blaming Baker Mayfield for not throwing to OBJ. Then of course LeBron has to stick his big nose into it..................

Seems like Stefansky inherited this mess and now can't get out of it.

    Just cut him already.

Baker and OBJ have never had a connection.

I think he's making $15 MILLION a year and has NO touchdowns this season, That equates to around a Million Dollars per dropped pass - he won't be missed.

If I’m Mayfield I’m going to quietly reach out to OBJ and ask to sit down and have a man to man talk with him. Just because his father and Lebron opened their big mouths doesn’t mean they can’t figure it out. The guy has been injured and not on the field enough to get a rapport going between the two. Landry is tight with him, it’s just typical drama that follows this guy. The Browns COULD be better with him in there if these two can work it out

Just call the Giants kicking net, it'll slap him around a little and OBJ will get back in line.

Well from saying he was "told to stay home" to now he was "granted a personal day" so who knows. It is know he can no longer be traded and will probably be with the team till the end of the season. But Cleveland has been known to cut/release/fire players and coaches that have millions still left on their contracts.

Cap hit is $8M. His market was zero for that salary. Browns should have took a 3rd round and picked up his salary. Now they have 3 choice:
Inactivate him and pay the $8M
Work a deal with him to pay him part of the $8M
Release him still pay the $8M so he can catch on somewhere

Without the $8M there are teams willing to take a chance on him. I bet at least 8.
New Orleans and Green Bay to name 2. Maybe even the Titans

it's pretty apparent that OBJ has developed a reputation of being a "cancer" and judging from what took place at the trade deadline --- nothing --- that no Team wants him.

Just make LBJ the coach and all of the problems would be solved for the NFL

Cleveland was talking to NO right up to the deadline on OBJ and couldn't get a deal done. I can't help but think the sticking point might have been just how much NO wanted Cleveland to pick up in OBJ's salary .
Now with fellow head case Michael Thomas done with his career in NO they might scoop up OBJ if he was cut

I can't see him taking another snap in a Browns uniform

Odell Beckham is too small a human and too big of a team killer to be worth it for a good team.

The Giants paid him what he wanted when he wanted it, threw him the ball 150 times a year when healthy (which was increasingly rare as time went on) and he still ‘wasn’t sure’ if he was happy in New York?

Then go to one of the better young teams in football and do it all over again?

Who wants to be number 3?

What is Thomas status anyways? He had that monster season and hasn’t done a thing since

Answering my own question here. This is bizarre, sounds like he just doesn’t want to play really
