Looks like a strike-through.
The angles are interesting. Looks like a couple of 15-20degree bends. Seems to perfect to be a random wire. Possibly a piece of a tool or a machinery component??
Does look like a struck through wire/string. Gotta love that 2021 US Mint quality control..........
