PL on the holder, maybe proof like?
Mechanical error, hence the "proof-like" designation.
I can also hear Roger on branch mint proofs.

This was posted before or at least I've seen it listed for sale previously. It's a mechanical error as far as I know-an interesting one but not $10k interesting.
I don't know what it ended at, but here was a post on Instagram about this same coin around a year ago. It was at $540.01 with over four hours to go.

I would concur on it likely being a mechanical error. Doesn’t appear imo to be a proof.
I do not think its a case of ANACS getting it wrong, just a simple human error that another human is attempting to capitalize on.
