Hi guys, while hunting my cent box, I came across this strange 44s. Not only a wheatie, but one with a few characters on the coin. It appears at first a damaged one. Further examination, it shows something else! Lamination? Off centered? Double strike? It even has a railroad rim. Check it out guys. By golly, the 44 even looks doubled. Lol. Yes, I did weigh it. Normal wt. 31.0 Thanks

It appears at first a damaged one. Further examination, it still appears like a damaged one.
No, it's damage. Probably squeezed between something. Also, the edge doesn't look like a partial collar (railroad rim).
Looks like it was once a encase cent.
